East Coast Girls
Training every Saturday in Eaton Park 11:00-13:00
New for 2007, many people believed we decided to create a women's team to make lacrosse socials more interesting. And while those who joined do seem to enjoy a bit of frivolous fun, the real reason was that there simply aren't any competitive women's teams in the area.
There are a number of schools in the Norfolk area that currently have lacrosse programs. East Coast Lacrosse provides an outlet for these students to continue playing after graduation.
However that being said, many people in the region have never even heard of lacrosse. No problem for us though as we are more than happy to train people up from scratch. So if you fancy trying something new, meeting new people or just getting fit over the summer then feel free to come along to one of our sessions.
oh and by the way, the girl in red isn't that scary in person - honest!
